Galatasaray faced the English team Hull City in the first preparation match of the new season. Referee Volkan Bayarslan blew the whistle in the special match played at Kocaeli Stadium.
The Yellow-Reds could not maintain their superiority in the match where they took a 3-0 lead and were defeated 4-3 on the field.
Benjamin Tetteh, Christie, Slater and Estupinan scored the winning goals for Hull City. Galatasaray’s goals came from Emin Bayram, Berkan Kutlu and Kaan Ayhan.
Galatasaray’s Austrian camp will start on 8 July. Yellow-Red people will play 3 friendly matches here.
