How did you start with Fungi Gesell?
We started 18 years ago with the collection of Boletales Mushrooms, popularly called Pine Mushrooms, and then we incorporated the Lactarius Deliciosus, Robelion.
At first we did the dehydration by hand, in the sun. As time went by, we improved the technique, we built a dehydrator, of our own design, where the humidity, temperature and ventilation that each species needs are controlled, giving them the flavors and colors that are unique in the market.

How did the expansion occur?
8 years ago we began to produce other species of Gourmet and Adaptogen mushrooms as a dietary supplement.
We currently have more than 30 Value Added products based on mushrooms.

What are the products you offer?
In Gourmet Mushrooms: Shiitake, Siullius (pine), Edulis, Girgolas (4 seasons), Lactarius, Auricularia, Enoki, Piopino, Poliota and finally, the self-collected Patagonian Morel. We also import the Tremella, because at the moment it cannot be reproduced.

As a Food Supplement we produce: Lion’s Mane, Reiishi, Shiitake, Auricularia, Turkey Tail, Cordyceps, Tremella (imported), Ashawandha (own production) and Mane+Rhodiola blend.

We make all our supplements in our Laboratory. We have a Spore Bank to maintain the species and improve them.
We specialize in controlled dehydration, triple extraction and value-added products, for example mushroom jam.
And we continue to investigate and work every day to accompany the search for a conscious, healthy and complete diet.
