“Not so long ago I was also a volunteer at Piëzo’s handyman service,” says Nico. “We helped people who had little money, for example with laying a parquet floor. Very rewarding work to do.”

The Piëzo Foundation organizes all kinds of projects to help people progress, from language and education to discovering your own talents. In the Craft Workshop you can learn how to make or repair things together with volunteers. Nico says with a smile: “Julio from the bicycle workshop is a real professional. He makes your old broken bike almost like new again.”
