I remember a particular stage: the first months of Nobukan e-learning platform that we had designed to help the university public to easily incorporate knowledge with audiovisual capsules. We were still adjusting the platform and learning on the fly. The enthusiasm was immense, but the disorder passed us. Every day he brought a surprise: e-mails unanswered, deliveries that were delayed, efforts that doubled. There I understood, for the first time with crudeness, that chaos is not a natural stage of growth, but an alarm signal.
Later, with Professional Ticmasand a regional e-learning platform and within a much larger frame and structure, the challenges were others: work with scattered equipment, coordinate with strict terms, serve different audiences. If we had not learned from the previous mistakes, we would probably have collapsed. What saved us was to have gone from chaos to the method: learn to document, to plan, to sustain processes beyond people.
That paradigm change was the beginning of what is currently our Core service in Bethel Business & Technology Solutions, Company that I founded together with an expert team on business creation and their sustainable scalability, accompanied by the efficient use of technology. Today Bethel accompanies companies precisely in that critical step, moving from disorder to operational precision.
