Rita, tell us about the journey that led you to your current activity.
When I was very young I thought that I would not have grown, nor would I have developed, if at 30 I was the same person as I was at 20. What I did not know at that time is that this would become such a strong paradigm that the search for growth and evolution on all levels would be the “driver” of my existence.
In 1985 I graduated as a public accountant. Although I practiced for several years, the profession did not offer me the kind of development I was looking for, and therefore, I decided to enter the organizational field, in more social and versatile areas where I could help people to work better and the organization to be more effective and efficient.
And that’s how you took the first steps?
For a long time I was a consultant and auditor in information processes and systems, and I spent 14 years in a multinational consulting firm where I became a senior manager in the risk consulting area.
But the concern for evolution was still latent, and in 2011, for eminently personal reasons, I discovered ontological coaching.
It seems evident that my personal search has been driving my professional development taking into account that in 2013 I became an ontological coach, a profession to which I arrived due to the causalities of life; a profession that I did not imagine would give my life an unsuspected but unconsciously sought meaning, a meaning that allowed the caterpillar to become a butterfly.
How can you help those who turn to you?
My services are focused on accompanying those who seek me to transform, transcend and transmute different areas of their lives that may present challenges. My interventions include a variety of tools: ontological coaching, applied neuroscience, Chi Kung energy work, and different forms of conscious breathing, just to name a few.
What differentiates you from other proposals?
Maybe the only difference there is is that I am Rita Carrizo.
Rita, like any human, has origins, experiences, training, learning and fundamentally, the will to evolve, which made her a unique and unrepeatable being. And it is that being that is put into action every time I am in front of a coachee.
If you started over… would you do anything differently?
I don’t think I would do anything different; We probably wouldn’t be here if it hadn’t been for everything I told you.
