High-flyer Nika Prevc has won her fifth World Cup in a row. The exceptional Slovenian ski jumper clearly won ahead of the Japanese Nozomi Maruyama on the large hill in Zhangjiakou, China. Selina Freitag came third.

On the gigantic facility of the 2022 Winter Olympics, Prevc jumped 136.5 and 130 meters. The sister of Four Hills Tournament winner Domen Prevc further extended her lead in the overall World Cup ahead of Maruyama.

Fall of Torazza

Friday landed after 128.5 and 125 meters. As the second best German, Agnes Reisch took eighth place. Katharina Schmid jumped to twelfth place. Emely Torazza experienced a moment of shock. The 21-year-old initially landed normally after her jump in the first round, but then lost control and fell. She left the run independently.

Due to strong winds, the start of the competition was postponed by half an hour, but could then be held as normal.
