From Legomansje to tourist from another country: it is all possible on carnival. The carnival cross continues annually at Freinetschool ‘De Kleine Wereld’, it is a literal run -up to the carnival weekend. “For ten years it has been a tradition for us that we organize a carnival cross with all students, who have fully put together the children themselves,” says teacher Ellen Braekevelt. “The children ordered the Nadars and made the course and the medals. They also choose the music, it is actually organized from the children.”
