Even in the sixth Bundesliga game in a row, SC Freiburg remains without conceding a goal – in an intensive game, both RB Leipzig and the Breisgauer also had little chance of scoring.
Due to the 0: 0 on the 25th matchday, the Breisgauer also remain undefeated in series and remains fifth full of European Cup course. RB also has all the chances, but remained one after the other in the fourth league game without winning. The pressure on coach Marco Rose should at least not become smaller.
Hardly any chances of scoring one in halftime
In a rather cautious initial phase of both teams, a clearly too free header of a clearly too free Lucas Höler after a quarter of an hour was the first real goal afternoon, but Leipzig’s keeper Peter Gulacsi had no problem with this ball. In the end, both teams no longer took the big risk, even if Leipzig at least got a chance in added time, but atubolu then bravely intervened again, the ball steered the ball into the goal against Lukeba’s long leg and thus maintained his series. After the final whistle, the different moods were clearly read in the faces of both teams: RB struggled that Freiburg at least did not seem dissatisfied.
