Ribéry already has concrete plans for the time after his playing career. “I want to be a coach. I like Carlo Ancelotti, both as a person and how he thinks and works. I also appreciate Jupp Heynckes very much, we won everything under him at Bayern in 2013,” said the living Munich club legend .

Ribéry continues to be tempted by his current task at the bottom of the table in Italian Serie A, as he emphasized: “I have one goal, I want to save Salernitana. That would be like a title for me.”

FC Bayern for Franck Ribéry one of the Champions League favorites

Ribéry trusts his great love again this season with the big international success. “FC Bayern, FC Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are among the favorites in the Champions League. It just depends on them, they have strong teams and great players,” enthused the nine-time German champions.

From Ribéry’s point of view, goalscorer Robert Lewandowski stands out at FC Bayern. “For me, Lewandowski is the best striker at the moment, the strongest in the world in the last two or three years. He works a lot and likes to help the team, which makes the difference in champions.”
