Francis van Broekhuizen finds it inappropriate that Peter van der Vorst brings back the controversial The Voice of Holland so reckless and eagerly on the tube. “I don’t think it’s completely neat.”

While the case against former band leader Jeroen Rietbergen is not even completed, preparations for the return of the controversial The Voice of Holland are already in full swing. RTL’s TV boss Peter van der Vorst wants to put a good season, without horny males, but now has a presenter who ‘covers’ white women in swingers clubs.

Contaminated

Francis thinks it’s all a bit reckless from Peter. “I know Edson da Graça from the program the traiters. I thought he was a very pleasant, nice boy. A sympathetic guy, funery guy. He can do this job at RTL, although I think it is Tricky that the Voice is coming back.”

Why? “It is a bit of an infected business. I wonder if many people are going to look at it. I don’t think it is nice to get it back to the people who have had a lot of problems with it.”

Turn

Francis himself would never have done that in Peters Schoenen. “I wouldn’t have done that, I would have chosen a different format. But it will remain TV and they can probably make good money with it. I have never been so broken of that program, with those chairs and that twist and so on.”

Incidentally, she does not want to take it to her former trial colleague. “That they take Edson as a presenter, I understand again. He is a fresh boy and he seems like a nice combination with Chantal Janzen.”
