France investigates attempted ‘cyber hijacking’ of passenger ship, minister hints at Russian involvement

French authorities are investigating a suspected attempt to remotely control a ferry using malware. They are checking whether foreign parties are involved in this case, the Minister of the Interior reports: “Interference very often comes from the same country at the moment.”
