Four victims identified, possible link between burnt-out car and explosions in The Hague: “The connection is being investigated”

The police say that four of the five deceased victims of the explosions at the Tarwekamp in The Hague have been identified. It concerns a 31-year-old man from Voorburg, a 45-year-old man and two women aged 17 and 41 from The Hague.
