Fossil Group has appointed Lisa Marie Pillette as senior vice president and chief marketing officer.

In her new position, she will “lead the company’s global marketing and competence centers,” the US watchmaker announced on Monday. This includes marketing strategy and innovation, CRM, creative and content operations, and go-to-market readiness.

“Lisa brings tremendous depth and breadth of marketing experience with iconic brands, an innovative take on what marketing will be like in the future, and a compelling track record of delivering insights-based solutions,” said Holly Briedis, Chief Digital Officer, Fossil Group. “Combining their distinct expertise with our global digital capabilities enables us to think holistically about the customer experience.”

Pillette brings marketing experience from fashion brands such as Lacoste, Ralph Lauren and Levi Strauss. Before joining Fossil, she served as Chief Marketing Officer for the Casper brand.

The Fossil Group includes brands such as Fossil, Michele, Relic, Skagen and Zodiac. The group also worked with licensing partners such as Diesel, Emporio Armani, Michael Kors and Puma.
