Three of the rarest historical skins in the game are returning to Fortnite OG thanks to the upcoming release of Season 2.
Fortnite OG Season 2 will begin on January 31, 2025, which will give us a new OG pass and will likely bring some of the map changes that Chapter 1 Season 2 brought to the game. Continuing down this nostalgic path, the new OG pass will bring us some remixed versions of the classic skins that launched back in the day, including two of the rarest and most popular Fortnite skins of all time.
Fortnite: which costumes return? —
With a new teaser released recentlywe took a look at the three classic skins from Chapter 1 Season 2 that will be remixed in the new OG pass:
- Black Knight
- Leader of the cuddle team
- Spark specialist
These three skins, especially Black Knight and Cuddle Squad Leader, are among the most popular in Fortnite history, and having them in your locker represents veteran status. The Black Knight is one of the most sought after skins of all time, with accounts owning it selling for hundreds of dollars.
The rarest skins —
Even though the OG pass will not contain the original versions of the skins, they could still make their way into the item shop, given that in OG season 1 the Renegade Raider and Airborne Assault Trooper have returned to the shop in their original forms, locked behind the XP progression. This means that we all may soon have the chance to purchase one of the best Fortnite skins for the first time in years.
