Former CEO of the Ghent Optima group Jeroen Piqueur has submitted a request for wrecking against the three judges who will deal with his case at the end of this month. The Ghent press judge Laurence de Rudder confirms this to our editors. The judges do not return voluntarily, the Court of Appeal must now speak on the request for wrecking.
