A former employee of the Ministry of Defense was arrested at Schiphol on Monday because he is suspected of official corruption, the Public Prosecution Service (OM) reports Tuesday. The 58-year-old Rotterdammer might have been bribed in 2023 around the award of purchase contracts when he was still working for the ministry.
