Former Disney employee (26) films park visitors under skirt: 500 videos in the past six years | Abroad

The man worked in the Star Wars gift shop of the Disney theme park in the state of Florida. He has been charged with video voyeurism, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison in the US. According to the court records – which the AP news agency was able to view – Vega was spotted by a witness who was filming when the man struck an 18-year-old woman. She later told officers she hadn’t noticed.

Detectives say Vega confessed during questioning that he viewed the videos as a “guilty pleasure.” He showed the officers the images on his mobile phone. It is not clear exactly how the man proceeded. He was released on bail of 2,300 euros.

Disney World announced that Vega no longer works at the park. It is not clear whether other victims have already reported. The police also did not want to say whether they are working on the identification of the other women from the videos themselves.
