While government services are becoming increasingly digital, every federal administration will have to remain physically accessible for free via at least one channel in the future. This may involve a physical counter or a telephone service, or by post. The Council of Ministers approved a bill on Friday by Minister Vanessa Matz (Les Engagés), who is responsible for the Modernization of Government.
