The three -day Euroskill Herning 2025 in Denmark brought together top experts from different countries. Finland was represented by a group of 18 young competitors in different fields.
Finland achieved one gold, one silver and one bronze medal in the competition. In addition, seven competitors were awarded for better performance than the average of the species with Medallion For Excellence.
In the cook species, gold grabbed Daniel Romiwho graduated from the Perho Business College as a chef in 2023.
– It feels awesome! A lot of work has been done and hours have been done. The Finnish education system and so well are the best, so I was expecting a high investment, but I never know how good the rivals are, says Daniel Romi in the release.
– After the race, I will return to work and everyday life immediately. I’ve always gone by a race at a time and said since the 2023 Skill that this is the last competition. Finnish professional skills team
- The European Championship of Skills EURoskills was held in Herning, Denmark, from 9 to 13 September 2025. From Finland, the official skill team, which included 18 competitors, participated in the competition. Finnish competitors participated in 16 sports.
- In addition, 19 Finnish experts participated in the competition, which served as experts and judges in the competition. Experts are often vocational teachers, and competition coaching is done as part of vocational training and working life cooperation.
