Juventus Turin remains unbeaten in Serie A after a 2-0 win against AC Milan and SSC Napoli remains top of the table even after the top game at Atalanta Bergamo.

In a turbulent top game, Romelu Lukaku ensured the 2023 champions’ 3-2 (2-1) victory in the 78th minute. Naples are still in first place with a six point lead over Inter Milan, but the “Nerrazurri” have two Fewer games played. Behind them, Bergamo is still third.

Juve takes revenge against Milan

With their eighth win of the season and 13 draws, the Italian record champions Juventus jumped to fourth place, at least until Sunday, which entitles them to take part in the Champions League. Samuel Mbangula (59th) and Timothy Weah (64th) scored. On January 3rd, Juve lost 2-1 to Milan at the same venue – albeit in the cup.

Roma wins with Hummels in the starting line-up

AS Roma had already achieved a 3-1 home win in the home game against CFC Genoa on Friday evening. Mats Hummels was in the starting line-up for the fifth time in a row and none of the five games for Roma were lost.
