Things got exciting for Fluence Energy investors at the start of the week, as the Siemens subsidiary presented its figures for the past quarter.

Fluence Energy was unable to convince in terms of earnings per share in the fourth quarter of 2025. After EPS was $0.340 in the previous year, it fell back to $0.13 in the past three months. Analysts had expected an average EPS of $0.193.

In terms of sales, the Siemens subsidiary generated $1.0 billion after $1.23 billion in the previous year. Experts had previously forecast an average of 1.39 billion US dollars.

Investors on the NASDAQ nevertheless reacted with conviction and temporarily sent the shares up 7.61 percent to $17.00 in after-hours trading.
