This year, the Christmas tarts are baked in the shape of a flower.

Flower Christmas tarts delight with their appearance and taste. The fun shape is easy to fold once you learn the technique.

This is how you fold flower Christmas tarts:

1. Cut the prepared dough sheet into two parts lengthwise.

2. Make longitudinal slits on each end that reach almost to the center of the dough. However, do not cut through, but leave space in the middle for the marmalade.

3. First, fold all the outermost strips in the middle to form the petals of the flower and press them to the base of the flower and close together.

4. Finally, fold the last two strips in the middle and press properly.

5. Add a scoop of marmalade to the center of the formed flower.
