Despite several warnings, the permits were granted. Every thinking person could have thought without warnings that there could be a danger/nuisance for air traffic when placing solar parks in addition to runways due to the sparkle of the solar panels. Municipal Simplism is once again underlined by stating that there is no regulations on which the permits to DGEC (owner of the solar park) can be withdrawn after the ‘destructive’ court ruling. Based on the provision of permits, DGEC was confident that he had acted in good faith. There is a risk that the account of the damage will therefore be placed with the municipality.
