Anyone who wants to get in touch with the Flemish administration must be able to do so again at a physical counter or on the telephone. Minister of Internal Affairs Hilde Crevits (CD&V) reported this on Monday. Due to the corona crisis, a booster has been placed under digitalization, but she believes that people who are not on board with that wave should be able to physically contact the government.
