The fire was not in the hotel, but on the grounds of the property. Police wrote on Twitter to investigate the matter.

The judge has to consider the sale of the so-called ‘asylum hotel’ in Albergen on Monday. The Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) has instituted summary proceedings against the owner of the hotel, because she is trying to avoid the sale of the hotel to the COA. According to her, the sale was made on incorrect grounds. The COA does not agree with this and initiated summary proceedings.
