Flames devour a building on Avenida del Maestro Rodrigo in Valencia. The tragic event occurred around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday afternoon when the fire on one floor of the property spread rapidly to all floors as a result of the wind. There were many people inside the building who were trapped. Firefighters are trying to put out the flames although the wind and heat make rescue efforts difficult.
