A fire broke out in a house on the Zuiderdiep in Nieuw-Buinen this morning.
Fire brigades from Borger and Gieten have been deployed to extinguish the fire. The house is currently being renovated. It is not known how the fire started. Due to the fire-fighting activities, the Zuiderdiep is temporarily closed to through traffic.
