A fire in a house in Gieterveen released a lot of smoke this evening. The fire in the building raged for a while, but the fire brigade managed to prevent the entire building from going up in flames.
No one was injured in the fire. It is not known how the fire started. After an hour the fire brigade had the fire under control.
