A car caught fire in Assen this afternoon. That happened on the Havenkade. The fire brigade managed to extinguish the fire.
Around twenty past three, the fire report came to the fire brigade. When the firefighters arrived, the flames hit the front of the car. The fire brigade managed to prevent the car from being completely destroyed. How the fire could arise is not yet known.
