Coffee in Helsinki’s Good Life Coffee Roasters in Helsinki won both the Light and the Dark Roasting Series in the Best of Coffee.
Coffee was evaluated based on their taste, aroma and quality. 25 roasters from all over Finland participated in the competition.

According to the jury, the coffee is gentle, soft, interdimensional and sweet. It contained floralness and aroma. The smooth and pleasant aftertaste of the coffee and the juicy mouth feel were praised. Thanks to the roast, the flavors of the coffee were intensively presented.

The best dark toast/espresso series According to the jury, the race was particularly tight. The winner of this series was the Good Life Coffee Roasters Coffee, the Rwanda -based Shyira Honey.
The jury praised the berry of the coffee and the spiciness described it as resembling a dark chocolate cake. The soft and intoxicating aroma of the coffee, as well as the full -bodied mouthfeel and the upright taste, made an impact on the jury.

The Best of Coffee competition was held at the Food Fair in mid -April. The competition consisted of pre -qualifying and the final. In pre-qualifying, all coffee is evaluated as blind using the Cupping method. The top six of each series will be selected for the finals. In the finals, the top six coffees of each category were made with filter devices and tasted in both cupping bowls and conventional cups of coffee.
