Filipino former President Duterte wins mayor elections from cells in the Netherlands

The Filipino former president Rodrigo Duterte has more than won the mayor elections in Davao City in his home country. With more than 60 percent of the votes counted, Duterte has an unbridgeable lead of 405,000 votes compared to 49,000 of the most important counter -candidate.
