Filipino former president Rodrigo Duterte was transferred shortly after his arrival at the airport in Rotterdam to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. Duterte was arrested on Tuesday at the request of Interpol, based on an arrest warrant of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. The ICC wants to try the former Filipino president for 43 murders.
