Julia Marie Gaiser made a name for herself as a figure skater. Now she died in an accident at the age of 23.
The Italian figure skater Julia Marie Gaiser died at the age of 23. The South Tyrolean, who had been living in Salzburg for several years and was launched for Austria, was killed in an accident in the Austrian city on Thursday.

Gaiser celebrated some sporting successes in Austria, has always had the top 10 at the national championships of the past few years. Last year she also voted Salzburg’s national champion.
