Frank revolts against flag hangers: ‘Majority does not dare to say anything’
Frank Hollaar, board member of a floriculture company can no longer remain silent. He is annoyed by the inverted protest flags that have been hanging with impunity on almost all lampposts in his hometown for weeks. He demands a meeting with the mayor, who in his eyes ‘capitulates’ to protesters. “If you start to tolerate this, you will slide further and further. Then it will be who shouts the loudest.”
