TEffi di Ferragosto for the animals of the Zoom bioparco in Turin and the Natura Viva Park of Bussolengo, in the province of Verona. With the increase in temperatures, animals refresh themselves as they can in their departments with long bathrooms in the streams, ponds and under the waterfalls.
To immerse yourself to fight the heat there are also some unsuspected ones, such as the lions and giant anthopiers. Then there is also the irreducible of the large bathrooms, such as the penguins, the hippos, the giant otters and the Kea parrot.
In a video of the Turin Zoom, the Lioness Inez chases a duck in the pond, the prey escapes, but the goal is centered: lower the body temperature for a few hours.
In the images also the dive of Yuri, the Siberian tiger, for a long swim between the stream and the tanks of its department. Together with his brothers, he will gladly soak during the summer days. Unlike the lions, the tiger is in fact a test swimmer and a large water lover.
Unusual scene at the Natura Viva Park: Nestore, the Kea parrot, is immortalized while it performs buffe capriole in the stream. He rolls himself completely several times to wet all the pens, immersing both wings carefully. Great relief also for the only two giant Maps of Italy, who walk until they reach their pond, letting go to a refreshing bath, immersing all their thick fur.
No surprise instead from penguins, hippopotami and giants: these are species that depend on the water to live, in which they play and move with great agility.
