For the 40th anniversary of Porsche Italia, the German automobile manufacturer and the Italian luxury marle Ferragamo have developed two exclusive auto models that are offered exclusively for the Italian market. These are the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS and Taycan 4S models, which were redesigned together with Ferragamo by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur.
The cooperation affects both the interior and the exterior of the vehicles, the main feature of which is the exclusive color “Blusogno”, a blue tone that shimmers slightly violet in sunlight and has already been used by Ferragamo for some RTW collections and for the leather of the iconic HUG bag. The color also adorns the GT sports steering wheel, the center console, the document bag, the key case and the rims.
The body is also underlined by fine white lines that emphasize their aerodynamics. In the interior, white leather pipes define the seats. In the middle, the iconic Porsche coat of arms is painted as a tribute to the signature color of Ferragamo in red. The special edition also includes a tailor-made vehicle cover in the same color with white piping, Porsche coat of arms on the front and white Ferragamo lettering on the sides.
“When Porsche Ferragamo asked to make a contribution to this anniversary, the basic idea was to change as little as possible and to concentrate on sophisticated details. Because Porsche is already perfect,” said Leonardo Ferragamo, Chairman of Salvatore Ferragamo.
