Explaining the communication established with the young players in the youth infrastructure, Şentürk said, “I was 15 years old when I came here from the amateur team in Izmir at a young age. I tell all my savings to the children in the team I coach. As I said, communication is very important in coaching and I observe and try to do it. They are happy. Since I am a striker, offensive players come to me and ask me, ‘How should I hit, how should I hit here?’ and I set up a whatsapp group with them. From there, I score goals that I have scored. I came here as ‘Young Semih’, ‘Young Semih I continue as a teacher. I hope we will gain Young Semihs.”
