Immediately. But it was very difficult to realize it because it was an untreated road. It was a very particular mix of genres also as arrangement, as well as as a writing, and therefore the journey was very long, even at times difficult.
But as soon as the song has taken on its final form, after months of work we looked in the face and we understood that it could be a special piece, which in some way had not felt such a thing, the result of a very deep, very felt job, which had led to a result at least original.
From then on it was one realized that this feeling also belonged to those who listened to it.

What does it represent for you, artistically and personally, that “moment” described 25 years ago?
It was a great possibility, a remarkable change … in life, also because until then the group had mainly been a very indie group, linked to a niche circuit, in short.
With the arrival of that album, the release of the song, and immediately after Two destinies, The doors of the general public, radio, concerts, concerts have become enormous. I would say that that song has changed the course of my life and allowed me to live in music to date. It was a great privilege, a beautiful thing.
How much there is autobiographical in the texts of that album?
I wrote it together with Riccardo Sinigallia and my brother Francesco. Of course, there were also texts carried out by me, written mainly by me as Roads, two destinies, move the wings againand there was a lot of autobiographical there.
They were songs that were born from lived life. If you write a text you don’t feel, it will never have a real depth, but phrases made. The songs must be heard, they must be taken out of everyday life.

How much has the Italian music scene changed since then?
Many years have passed, the scenario has obviously changed. In general you go a little, how to say, to look for the hit that leads you to first place, but then often you do not give continuity to your project, you do not follow a logic and therefore, unfortunately, it happens that many careers are stopped after a few years.
You are around Italy with The description of a moment tour: where are the Tiromancino place today?
Tiromancino is a project that goes on on its way, which must not necessarily be inserted in a context, in a wheelchair.
I have been carrying out this with the other boys of the band for many years, we have one of our loyal audiences who has never abandoned us, we still have a great visibility on radio, in the media, so we say that it is one of the best moments, this for my career.
I don’t do things to prove them anymore, I do them for pure pleasure, they are at that stage of the life in which you return to do the things that you essentially want to do. Our songs, for better or for worse, have already shown who we are, right?
