Four searches were carried out in Antwerp this morning under the supervision of an investigating judge specialized in terrorism cases. Explosive detection dogs and specialized units of the federal police were deployed. The police temporarily closed Sint-Rochusstraat in Deurne due to a safety risk. The federal public prosecutor’s office will announce more details about the investigation into which the searches are part of during a press conference this evening.
