Enschede – With a great final sprint, FC Twente has qualified for the intermediate round of the Europa League. On an old -fashioned European evening, the team of coach Joseph Oosting made Korte with the Turkish Besiktas in the swirling Grolsch Veste. The 1-0 win was narrowly sufficient for a place with the best 24. In the intermediate round, a confrontation with Anderlecht or Norwegian Bodo/Glim now follows for the Enschede club.
