FC Schalke 04 is planning this with the Bülter transfer

Marius Bülter will probably leave FC Schalke 04 this summer. The attacker would like to continue playing in the Bundesliga, his path may continue at TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. Meanwhile, S04 is hoping for a decent fee. But what should actually happen with the Bülter millions? Apparently the S04 fans can look forward to it.

At FC Schalke 04 it is still time to wait and see in the cause of Marius Bülter! But on the horizon several million euros are waving for the attacker who is willing to emigrate. The royals reportedly called for five million euros for those clubs that want to poach Bülter.

Apparently no interested party has approached Schalke 04 directly. “Kicker” and “Sky” say much more that TSG 1899 Hoffenheim is currently in talks with Bülter about possible contract modalities, in order to then enter into negotiations with the S04 managers.

As “Bild” further reports, the first concrete offer from the Bundesliga club should arrive in Gelsenkirchen shortly. According to information from the tabloid, this should be just under two million euros. It is expected that tough negotiations will follow in the next few days.

“Bild” speculates that Schalke and TSG could ultimately agree on around three million euros plus possible success bonuses. Bülter’s market value is currently estimated at around 2.5 million euros.

Does Schalke keep a loan player in the team?

Either way: even if the royal blues “only” get three million for Bülter, the good news is that the money can be fully reinvested immediately, as it is said.

In previous years, transfer proceeds were partly used to reduce the debt burden. But now the money is free to strengthen the team for the upcoming second division season and to intercept Bülter’s departure. After all, he was the best striker in the 2022/23 Bundesliga season with eleven goals.

Tim Skarke is traded as a possible alternative for Bülter. The winger who was last loaned to S04 could be committed. For this purpose, Schalke is said to want to enter into free negotiations with Skarke’s parent club Union Berlin. Possible fee: one million euros.
