The Liverpool FC has extended Cody Gakpo beyond 2028. The 26 -year -old wing striker signed a new long -term contract, as the Reds announced without specifying the term. Gakpo came to the ANFIELD Road for 42 million euros from PSV Eindhoven, played 131 games (42 goals, 1 templates) since then and increased its market value to a personal maximum of EUR 70 million. He is the most estimated left wing of the Premier League.
“It is a great feeling to extend my contract with this wonderful club. I am very grateful and hope that I can give many more nice moments back. I feel here here, my family feels at home. You feel comfortable. I am very happy in this club, have a good team and good teammates, so that life around football is very good and I can be extended at any moment.” Gakpo, who previously became English champion with the LFC and won the league cup. “We also want to win the Champions League and the other trophies, that is our goal.”
