Departure to the master? Liverpool apparently wants DFB professional

Angelo Stiller is one of the top performers in Stuttgart. That makes the 24-year-old interesting for other clubs.
After winning the championship early, FC Liverpool around coach Arne Slot deals with the squad for the new season-and is said to have targeted a Bundesliga player. As the “Stuttgarter Zeitung” and “Stuttgarter Nachrichten” report, the “Reds” are seriously interested in the German international Angelo Stiller.
Stiller should play an important role in the central midfield, it said. The 24-year-old contract at VfB Stuttgart runs after the early extension in January to summer 2028. In the conversation, a transfer fee of 60 million euros is said to be, according to “transfermarkt.de” Stiller’s market value is 38 million euros.
The VfB does not actually want to hand over the midfielder, but was “brooding” due to the possible high transfer. Stiller is one of the top performers in Stuttgart: In the current season, he completed 31 games in the Bundesliga, in which he contributed eight goals and his own goal. In the Champions League he was in the starting eleven in all eight games.
Meanwhile, further swap rumors around VfB are circulating. Left -back Maximilian Mittelstädt was recently associated with the SSC Naples. Several Italian media had speculated that the 28-year-old could stand before moving to southern Italy.
However, according to the Stuttgart press, these reports are baseless. For private reasons, Mittelstädt was in Naples, but there should be no meeting with SSC sports director Giovanni Manna.
