FC Emmen and Sparta Rotterdam have reached agreement on the rental of Patrick Brouwer. The 22-year-old winger will play for the Drenthe club next season, which has also negotiated an option to buy.
Brouwer joined Sparta’s youth academy in 2017 and made his debut in the Eredivisie on behalf of the Spartans last season. However, he mainly made minutes with the promises of the Rotterdam team in the Second Division.
Head coach Fred Grim: ,,Patrick is a player with potential who had a high return in the Second Division. He has a good cross and a good shot. We are convinced that he can do the same in the Kitchen Champion Division. Moreover, he can handle several positions in the front.”
