Harry Kane is open to a contract extension at FC Bayern. The top goal scorer of the Bundesliga is currently bound to the record champions until 2027. “As far as staying beyond, I can definitely imagine that,” said the 32-year-old in the circle of the English national team. “I said a few weeks ago that there were no talks with Bavaria yet. But if they come, I would be ready to talk about it and have an honest conversation.”
In the past few weeks, a return to the Premier League has been discussed again and again. For the switch to the island, where Kane played for Tottenham for ten years, there should be an exit clause valid from 2026, which is said to be around 65 million euros. At the moment this is not an issue: “I don’t know. If you had asked me when I switched fresh to Bayern, I would have said with certainty that I would come back.” But now that has changed a little. However, he did not want to rule out this possibility for the future.
Kane has already scored eleven goals in the six Bundesliga games so far. In the Champions League, he has four goals in the account after two games. So do we see the best Kane ever existed? “In any case, I have strained even more to get even better, to eat even healthier and to train even more in the gym. I just try to get the best out of what I currently have,” said the striker, whose market value curve recently pointed down due to age. Kane is currently being estimated at 75 million euros, at the upcoming Bundesliga update in the next week there could be another minus despite the impressive quota (for market value analysis).
