FC Bayern flies in U17 talents Ibrahimovic and Wanner

The start of the second half of the season for FC Bayern is in danger, so the record champions are hastily flying in two talents. The two teenagers have to endure adventurous loads.

Is this the last attempt by FC Bayern so that the first half of the second half of the Bundesliga against Borussia Mönchengladbach can still take place on Friday? The “Bild” reports that the record champions, plagued by corona infections and depleted in terms of personnel, had two talents from their own U17s flown in to the game. Accordingly, Arijon Ibrahimovic and Paul Wanner had to be put on an extra plane – because the two 16-year-olds were just at the training camp in Pedro del Pinatar, Spain, with the German U17 national team.

And the return trip for the two teenagers is adventurous – and impressive. “Bild” and “Sport1” reported the following sequence:

►Early Wednesday evening: Training session with the U17 of the DFB

► Thursday, 7 a.m.: departure for Munich in an Air Europa plane

► Thursday, 9:50 a.m .: Landing at Munich Airport

► Thursday, 11 a.m .: Team training back at the Bayern training grounds – after a corona test

And possibly minutes against Gladbach on Friday – Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann has already stated that the club has made a special request to the DFL to be able to use more than the normally allowed three U23 players at the same time. From the Bayern U23 there are probably five other players in the squad for Friday. For Ibrahimovic and Wanner it would be the culmination of a crazy two and a half days.
