If transfer fees are to be generated, Barcelona would have to give up more of these players this winter. If that doesn’t happen, there will be a horror scenario next summer in which the club will lose numerous top performers without generating any income through transfers. It is at least questionable whether the players are still willing to commit to the club under these conditions.

This is an opportunity for the competition, especially FC Bayern, to make up ground. This is also sorely needed, because new coach José Barcala loudly announced when he took office in the summer that “Bayern Munich will win the Champions League very soon.” A goal that the club currently seems far away from.
