FC Barcelona collects 100 million euros with the sale of audiovisual studio share | Football

The Catalan top club is looking for income, including to register new players.

Socios.com becomes a technology partner of the club. “It is the sale of part of the shares. It is in principle final, but we could buy it back,” said president Juan Laporta at the presentation of the new acquisition Jules Koundé.

The Spanish top club has been in financial trouble for some time and is looking for different ways to generate income. The club recently sold a quarter of the television rights for the next 25 years. The American investment company Sixth Street has reportedly paid about 500 million euros for it.

Despite the financial difficulties, Barcelona also made large expenditures. Koundé is already the third major purchase this summer after attackers Robert Lewandowski and Raphinha. Together they cost about 150 million euros.
