Reader J. Houben rents out his second home to his son who is disabled. The rent is low, so that his son can pay the property from his Wajong benefit. But if you have a second home, you pay wealth tax on that. Those costs are now so high that father loses a lot of money on it. What now? Putting his son out is of course not an option.
