Quinten M. (44) from Helmond has to go to prison forty months, twelve of which are conditional. That became clear on Wednesday in the court of Den Bosch. The man has committed sexual acts with his 12-year-old daughter in a violent way. He also abused a 12-year-old boy because he had bullied his daughter.
It was a fierce session two weeks ago. In the court in Den Bosch, father Quinten M. was clearly sitting on his talk chair about quite complicated accusations. The mistreatment of the bully that his daughter has been making life sour for a while was still the least accusation.
According to M., his 12 -year -old daughter was a difficult girl with whom he had many problems and who had already received the necessary care from different authorities. When she indicated that he did not know, he started pointing it to her. First he touched her on her underpants and then also directly on her genitals. He finally penetrated her with his fingers.
According to the daughter, he also licked and pushed his penis inside, but M. strongly denied that in court. However, the officer saw no reason why the girl would lie about it. According to the officer, it was brave and authentic that she quickly told other people about what had happened. Something that many sex victims don’t do.
Contact ban
In addition to the prison sentence of 40 months, the man also received a contact ban with his daughter during the ruling on Wednesday.
